Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant

Linseis Inc. | location in Robbinsville, NJ (USA) | Part-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fundamental accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Additional tasks encompass generating invoices, compiling sales reports, and managing bank reconciliations
  • Provide administrative support services
  • Manage accounts receivable
  • Process supplier purchase orders

Education & Experience:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping
  • Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills, including familiarity with filtering, basic formulas, and conditional formatting
  • Compensation will be determined based on your level of experience.
