Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant
Linseis Inc. | location in Robbinsville, NJ (USA) | Part-Time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fundamental accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Additional tasks encompass generating invoices, compiling sales reports, and managing bank reconciliations
- Provide administrative support services
- Manage accounts receivable
- Process supplier purchase orders
Education & Experience:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Previous experience in bookkeeping
- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills, including familiarity with filtering, basic formulas, and conditional formatting
- Compensation will be determined based on your level of experience.
