In addition to the solid-liquid adapter, the system offers special sample holders specifically designed for measuring rigid foils. Measurement principle

In an Optical Dilatometer the sample is compared with a reference during the measurement. The result is the difference between the two lines. The field of view has an area of 3.3 x 2.8 mm.
